[About the closure period from January 28th (Tue) to January 31st (Fri)]

Delivery and ordering services will be suspended.
This is because our client's stores are located overseas and are in the middle of a long holiday period.

We will continue to accept orders as usual during this period, however, from Monday, February 3rd, we will begin arranging and shipping ordered items one by one.

[About shipping]

We will continue to accept orders during the holiday period, however, orders placed between January 28th (Tuesday) and January 31st (Friday) will be processed from February 3rd (Monday) onwards.
Shipping will be completed in about one month from then.


For example , if you purchase on January 28th, the order will be placed after February 3rd and the product is expected to be shipped from late February to early March.
*Scheduled delivery may vary depending on the volume of orders.

Same day delivery items will be shipped as normal.

In addition, due to anticipated delays in logistics after the holiday period, it may take 1 to 2 weeks from the time of shipment until the status of your package is reflected.

[About cancellations]
