A. If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will either return it or exchange it for the same product.

A. You can change the delivery address and email address even after your order has been completed. Please contact us before the order is shipped.


Q. I ordered a product but it hasn't arrived yet.

A. Our shop orders the items you order from an overseas warehouse and ships them to you, so generally we ship within 5 to 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving your order.

Q. I purchased a product but haven't received a shipping email yet.
